چکیده

Nowadays, due to the increasing energy demand in different industry, agriculture, and household sectors, great importance is attached portfolio generation/consumption macrolevel planning. A viable approach power generation planning environmental assessment of process. This study employs life cycle based on Eco-Indicator 99 methodology which analyzes midpoint endpoint impacts. Energy impact evaluation Eco-invent database from resource harvesting recycling. The aims assess Iran's production/consumption portfolio, but technical construction, operation, recycling are not discussed. focuses resources Iran, under three scenarios: (1) a basic scenario real for 2018-power demand, (2) 2050-energy with maximum accessible renewable capacity, (3) zero-carbon emission evaluate final consequences cycle. York model used estimate 2050. Green-X relationship between impacts economic growth. has low emission, compared global 36%-coal application. Among portfolios, most adventitious 2018, followed by 2050 population growth 50% increase 64% solar wind technologies. Compared 2018 scenario, second third scenarios, effects decreased 40% 52%, respectively, indicating significance reducing consequences.

Economic Growth and Renewable Energy in Iran

Energy plays an active role in sustainable development in Iran, both in the sustainable and the development aspects. This study aims to estimate the nexus of economic growth and the renewable energy in Iran during 1981-2012. We employ the Auto-Regressive Distributed Lag (ARDL) model to estimate a log-linear equation. The results suggest that renewable energy consumption is an insignificant driv...
